Wasted money
I bought a 100USD Amazon gift card, but upon trying to redeem it I get an "already redeemed message". I seek contact with livekaarten.nl customer service who ask me to get in contact with amazon to get the date at which the code was redeemed. However Amazon needs the associated serial number to be able to get that data. Which they (livekaarten) apparently did not possess! And were unable/unwilling to get from their supplier. This is negligence they should have any associated data with their core product. Update: After reacting to this review they did (after a lot of time) finally get the serial number, which allowed me to be redirected to amazon gift card escalation services. Which then required a photo of the gift card in question... I am done. I have wasted far too much time on this issue to be worth pursuing any further. I will never buy anything here ever again. I give two stars for the sole reason that their customer service is speedy in replying.
