Your rep explained everything without pressuring. Obviously I had looked over other offerings and decided Mobile Help would best fit my needs so I went ahead and signed up. I received the equipment quickly and the set up was very easy. Looks like a excellent product. Did the test and it worked well. I hope I never have to use it but it is good to know it is there just in case. I'm happy with my decision and both of my kids are very definitely happy and relieved that I finally did it.
