BE WARNED
I purchased the Wolfbox G840s with the additional hardwired kit so that i could have 24/7 security, however this killed my battery and i reached out to Wolfbox for a bit of assistance, they were less than helpful with generic scripted replies basically suggesting I set it up incorrectly, I mean how can you go wrong by plugging it in to the obd2 port? I now have to purchase a battery charger and hope that the battery can recover, otherwise it’s a new battery. They also tried saying that my car was incompatible all information that was a little late as their website doesn’t state anything of the sort. Be warned that if this hardwired option depletes your battery they will not assist you and cease communication as they know this is an issue.
