The U.S
The U.S. branch of Creative Cables exceeded my expectations in every way. I first found their Italian branch's website and I can say that i was pretty frustrated by their complete attitude (or lack thereof) towards customer service, but Jami from the U.S. office was incredibly responsive and made sure my custom lighting order was perfect. The whole experience was seamless, and i couldn't be happier with the final result!
