I regret ordering through Akimomo
I ordered "POP UP PARADE Goblin Slayer II Goblin Slayer L size Figure" from Akimomo. The website said the release date was February 2024. I contacted them via their website in March to inquire about an update. I was told by Drew that it was "included in the February shipping list, but it has yet to be shipped from Japan". I responded to his email with "Yeah okay, no worries. Totally understand. Thanks." I contacted them via the website again in May and asked for an update. Once again I got Drew and he told me that "Rest assured, we will resolve this issue by May, and you will receive your item." Needless to say it wasn't resolved in May. I asked again in June and was told "I will follow up to check the status of order ### and provide you with an update as soon as possible." I received no update. It is now September. I asked again for an update and was told "We will review the status of this item once again and provide you with an update." I received that a week ago. I wish I had ordered with a different company. Saving a couple bucks was not worth it. Apparently they are going through some sort of restructure. I honestly don't care. I just want to buy things from companies and I receive those things.
