I was going g to purchase a dress until I checked their returns policy- Buyers Beware!! So basically if you order a dress standard size and it doesn’t fit, you can return it but they will charge you 20% of the dress value which is actually outrageous as they don’t even have any stores where you could go and try stuff on. Put me right off using them. This is the wording on their website. We accept returns for standard sized items within 7 days after receiving the order if it doesn't fit or you are not satisfied with it. Standard size:For any standard-size dress that is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly: full refund, including shipping and any expedited shipping charges. For products with no quality issues: We offer an 80% refund. Made to order size:For products with no quality issues: no refunds, for any reason. For products with quality problems: We offer 80% refund.
