I made an appointment for the dryer duct to be cleaned. The appointment time was for 24 Sept 2024 from 2:00 and 4:00 pm. I left work early at 1:00 pm.so I would be home for the appointment. I received an email at 2:14 pm, while I was at my house waiting for my appointment from the front door pro, telling me my appointment was rescheduled to Thursday the 26 Sept 2024. I called the company and spoke with someone who was no help. I canceled the appointment for Thursday because I was very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of service.
