ALEX YANG AT RIXIN IS A LIFESAVER!
I worked closely with Alex Yang over at Rixin and I can't thank him enough for being so patient with me. I am a first-time founder and finding reliable, communicative partners has been a major challenge until I met Alex. Not only is he responsive, he is always willing and ready to help me problem-solve. He helped me produce an incredible facial toner, now my launch's lead product. The quality was impeccable and his customer service 10/10. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my relationship with Alex and Rixin. I highly recommend them.
