Duotts fraudulent and deceptive advertising. I received an email offering various discount coupons depending on the Duotts e-bike model. In my case, I was interested in the E26 model, where the coupon offered €300 off. I followed the link provided and realized that not only was it a lie, but the discount was the same for all models. It is important to understand that I documented what happened and sent an email to the email addresses provided on the website and to the email address that sent me the supposed fraudulent discounts. To date, I have not received any response, as would be expected from someone who commits fraud. This is more than evident that this is yet another Chinese company that lives off scams and deceiving customers, and the main point here is: if they lie and defraud customers so easily, my question is simple: what will happen when customer support is needed? If Duotts lies and defrauds even with a simple discount offer, imagine what would happen if we had a problem like with an e-bike. It's simply regrettable that these companies can lie, defraud, and live off schemes and cheating without any consequences.
