Frustrated
What did I like? Well as of right now this has been a 2 1/2 month process of trying to purchase an air rifle. And as of today it still hasn’t arrived so I can’t review the purchase. But, I can tell you what was a bit concerning to me. I like competition, and I thought I was looking at 3 different sellers of the FX rifle I wanted. But come to find out they are all the same place, but with different names. Pyramid Air Airgun Depot Utah Airguns I don’t understand why you need to do this. I read threads saying pyramids service was better, how? Having preordered an FX Maverick with an in stock date well before xmass I thought I was safe. But, then with numerous emails and chats, phone calls I find out I can’t get it due to product being phased out. Ok. So I look at an FX leopard. Some mistakes on my order form, my fault, and now it’s shipping. Being a first time buyer of an air gun in this price range I find your entire set up confusing and frustrating at the same time. I was told in one email to keep checking the website to see if my preorder was in stock! Really? Shouldn’t you as the seller let me know it’s arrived? All in all I give you 2 1/2 to 3 stars. You need to be better. If I operated my transportation company like you, I’d be out of business.
