Insist on Actual Photos Villa Madreluna, Amalfi
We stayed at a villa on the Amalfi Coast marketed as Madre Luna in August 2023. The photos posted on Summer in Italy website are not those of the actual villa. Even though their website says they take the actual photos. Please ask to see actual photos before booking. The place was nice but there was no place to sit that was comfortable. All the lounge chairs were broken and there were no umbrellas. All hammocks were missing. The beautiful room filled with rattan furniture that's on their website doesn't exist, and the dining area is very basic. I gave one star because they are still posting the wrong photos. I sent Luca actual photos of the place and he did not update the website because these photos showed a place that was definitely in stark contrast to the old photos that are on their site. I think that Summer in Italy is advertising falsely about what the place actually looks like and should update the website. It's been over a year, and I have followed up over and over again, but still the inaccurate photos are posted. I would post my photos but don't have the option here. We were there in August 2023.
