broke after less than a year
broke after less than a year. warranty is useless. my opal ring cracked and had small chips in it within 2 weeks of wear …no problem, apparently thats normal wear and tear. wasn't expecting a chunk of the stone to come out a couple of months later. however upon my partner contacting customer services as we had a 2 year warranty, apparently a chunk of the stone missing is ALSO normal wear and tear. waste of money really
