When the bracelet arrived, which I had ordered for my daughter, the box was battered; in fact, the bracelet was not even in the box, it had slipped out into the envelope. On further inspection, I was not happy with the quality. I emailed the company and had an immediate response from Mia, who said they would refund my 20% of the purchase price. I was very sceptical regarding this as I thought the company was a scam, but no, I now have my refund, and my daughter was very happy with the bracelet. Thank you, Mia, for helping me in this regard.
