No Response After Multiple Attempts
Unfortunately, when completing my customer information, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. As a result, I have not received any order confirmation or delivery updates. I tried contacting them, this is my third attempt. I previously submitted a request through the contact form on their website and I also tried emailing their support. No answer. Update: After posting a negative review, the IronPanda support team reached out to me via email and promptly sent my order. While I appreciate the quality of the products, the overall experience still felt unprofessional, and the sizing ran larger than expected. I'll update my rating to 3 stars for their effort in resolving the issue, but there's room for improvement in communication and sizing accuracy.
