Ordered a cabinet from TB Supermarket…
Ordered a cabinet from TB Supermarket store but they delivered chopsticks instead. Messaged the seller for refund but was told to use the refund button on the lazada app. However there was an error on the app and I was unable to request for refund, called lazada customer service twice who said they are unable to process any refund request on their end and directed me back to ask seller to initiate refund on their end instead. Seller did not reply, lazada advised me to file a report on the seller. While experience was extremely frustrating and lazada customer service is very inept and having us run around in circles to no avail. Think twice if u want to order anything from China!!!
