I am unable to describe my tragic experience with Ponggi !!! I ordered an emblem for my husband's car for his birthday. I paid from my bank account to the merchant's PayPal account. I tracked my parcel. The day that I expected to receive my order, I shocked with an email that my address was incomplete. I contacted customer service and told them that the order would be returned and I asked for it to be reshipped or my money refunded but they blocked me and they no longer receive my messages .
