I ordered from CRZ Yoga and my parcel was marked as delivered, yet nothing ever arrived. I was home all day, with no Ring doorbell footage of a delivery, and I even received two other parcels from Evri and Royal Mail the same day without issue. Amazon Logistics claimed they delivered it, but clearly they didn’t. I contacted CRZ Yoga directly, and they were absolutely no help – completely dismissive and fobbing me off. Instead of resolving the issue, I’ve now had to open a PayPal claim just to try to get my money back. Neither Amazon nor CRZ Yoga will reimburse me or send a replacement. Terrible customer service and a company that does not stand by its customers. Do not use CRZ Yoga – it’s simply not worth the risk.
