8 hours and still no esim
10 days later and still no Internet and still no refund as mentioned in the response from @jetpac. Purchased an esim for Spain direct through their website. Welcome email arrived but no esim, app downloaded and no esim in there either. Contacted via WhatsApp who have escalated it but 8 hours on, nothing from them. Due to travel in the early hours, I've used lots of companies for esim throughout the world, never had any issues. Beginning to think this is a scam...
