I have a problem with order number 118213206272519. I bought the bike on March 18 (delivery was indicated on 1 of April), the latest information by the tracking number LXCNSG00496860 - March 22 Departed from First Mile Facility. Since then, I have had 11 chats with technical support, 16 letters, and not once have they helped me - each time they promise to cancel the order and return my $ 440, but each time they lie. It's been 7 months and no bike, no money. It's doubly unpleasant that I ordered the bike in advance for my daughter's birthday, I had to urgently buy it offline.
