I wouldn't even give them a star. They are horrible at responding to emails. I pre-ordered the Gaia ink stories statue for my wife last year so it could arrive in December 2023 her birthday month. Months went by, and all I got was a website that showed inaccurate shipping times for my order. It was supposed to ship in September 2024, but now they're saying there was a mold issue that damaged my product, and it won't arrive at Singapore's dock til the first week of December 2024. A whole year later!!! Never buy from them again, and you shouldn't either. They do not care to communicate anything with you
