Extremely Satisfied
The order was delivered fast, and I mean really fast. I was told it would take 10-14 days, but I had the order in 4 days. I ordered a DF54, and had heard people crib about how they've not received their units or received faulty units from DF64coffee online. Even though I was sceptical, I had no other alternative, so I bit the bullet. Surprisingly, the team was quite responsive (set aside the timezone difference which was a bit of a hindrance) and I encountered 0 problems with the grinder. It has been an absolute joy to use and I am very confident that if I have any problems in the future that they will be taken care of by the company. Since coffee is still a relatively niche hobby in my country, there is a dedicated Discord group where a few dozen owners of the DF line of grinders were able to testify that they received their units in proper working condition and happily vouched for the service they were provided - which motivated me to try the website out. Would definitely recommend this website.
