Just disappointed and frustrated
When I first seen the bracelet I loved it. And was hoping I would received it before Christmas. In your shippin it says u use FedEx which made me comfortable because they know my address so it would not be any issue. But you don't. You use a 3rd party delivery. They say that it was in correct address. I immediately responded to the email. Gave them my address along with a Google picture of my home. Also even asked if they can send it to my nearest post office. I also sent my phone number. Anything to try to rectify this situation. I feel that it wasn't honest when using the carrier you use. I also feel that because I purchased the bracelet from your company that it's should not jus be me trying to communicate with the 3rd party. I'm hoping I can get it before Christmas 🙏🏽
