Great customer service, if a little slow
I placed my order, got free shipping, and it showed up delivered inside of 4 days. Unfortunately, this initial delivery was not the item I ordered. I hit up the support email as soon as I got to it, but it took longer to get any replies than that original delivery. Further, it took a couple similarly slow emails, but in the end, they sent my proper order on them. Product was just what I expected. All said and done, no complaints from me. It wasn't like I was in a hurry to get it. But maybe if you're getting someone a gift, plan ahead a bit.
