The supply GUYUK has short shipped…dishonest & irresponsible. Lazada is not helpful!
The supplier GUYUK has short shipped item. Submitted a photo to show 2 items, but order should have 3. They just reject and saying that the item is showing in photo even it is not. Lazada recommend to continue to chat with supplier, but then the supplier never respond and the original Reject day now is over 7 days. Then Lazada policy is complaint must be within 7 days. It is also hard to make complain to Lazada. You don't know where you are with their AI bounce you with different questions. Finally still telling you to talk to the supplier, who basically would not respond you. It is not a responsible selling platform, and it does not seems Lazada control quality of their supplier very well. Just a team of scammers! Sorry for those good one who are trying to sell thru Lazada!
