Spokes broke multiple times, two time the mounting tray failed, once was because the plastic lock retainer cracked so the battery would not stay securely, I had to tie it with string. Bottle cap failed two times. And I had to find a purchase the correct glue and Drill to repair it. What if I didn’t know what I was doing? This could be dangerous. And for each time you sent replacements I had to pay for the delivery. Not happy with the service I received. And I wouldn’t recommend your kits because of it and that is a shame. As i work in the cycling industry and have many clients that always purchase what I purchase. You have lost a lot of referrals from me.
