For Ryan
For Ryan Ryan has been a great addition to the team. His quality of work is of a very high standard. Ryan communicates well and is a pleasure to work with. There has been a slight dip in output, but part of this is related to weaknesses in our accountability mechanisms. Overall we are happy with Ryan.
