Amazing Locad SG team
It has been a pleasant experience with Locad SG during our 1.5 years working with them, especially for a prevenue brand like ours who has never worked with a fulfilment center before. We learnt a lot along the way, and noticed they were learning a lot through the partnership as well. They were collaborative and willing to listen to our concerns and were flexible with us when times got tough. Like any fulfilment center you work with, they are not perfect but what matters is their willingness to try to make it possible. That is real partnership. A special mention to the managers, customer service and warehouse team in Singapore: Meera, Nia, Justin, Enzo, Wei Hao and Von. Who has gone above and beyond and has attentive to our needs. It was reassuring to see how much they cared about our business and that we're not just a number, despite being a smaller brand. Thank you Locad team and all the best!
