from the start things did not go as they should. After ordering I had to email them to see if they were sending me an order. They apologized for the delay. Huh? That should be normal business. If you are in a hurry don't order here. It comes from China. Even political shirts with a time limit. The small shirts hang off my shoulder so they look like sack on me. Usually Chinese products are small. The hat looked so cute online (of course) it showed up hard, smashed and would never sit like a regular hat. Weird creases is several spots. I am trying to return but not looking good. So now I am probably out over $60. Sigh Follow up. They offered me $12 dollars for a refund. At first I refused it until I saw what a pain it would be to send all the way to China. I'm sure that postage isn't cheap. I will have to read the refund policy better. Also the small that is more like a medium is the smallest size.
