2-Year Warranty Is Real
I bought their wet food feeder as recommended by one of my friends. After 13 months there's a malfunctioning part, which is not uncommon for a high usage small device. I am able to obtain timely response from CS and replacement under the 2-year warranty policy within 1 hour after submitting my request. I haven't got the replacement feeder yet but writing this review impressed by the speed and efficiency of this company.
