This company is awesome
This company is awesome! The chew stick toy has been a favorite with our dog one. So much so- the first stick lasted years and we just got a new one and it’s the one and only go to. We tried the dry tech recently for dog two. A real chewer that one and we realize it’s better for a less aggressive chewer. But still our dogs both wanted to play with it. Karen was super helpful directing us to a better option for that real chewer dog. She offered a replacement and was so thoughtful to do so. Small companies are my go to…engaging with real people instead of corporate bots. Will definitely use Playology for our dog toy needs!
