Horrible horrible
Horrible, horrible! Do NOT buy anything from this company! I purchased a Chanel purse which came in a shipping plastic bag. They don’t use the right material for packaging such as bubble wrap or cardboard box. The purse came damaged with lots of creases and was deformed on the bottom due to the lack of protection during transit. I contacted costumer service and they offered me $20 as a refund (SMH). Nothing else that I could do because if I wanted to return it, I was going to be responsible to pay for international shipping so it was going to cost me more. The fact I want to say it’s that every purse doesn’t come in its original box or packaging. It’s nothing fancy. You’ll get the dust bag only. Nothing what you see in the video of the man showing how the bags are made of. It’s very deceiving! So don’t waste your time!
