Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer service - Does not provide shipping for people who live far from a service center. Refuse to help out other than point you to the nearest service center. Asked to speak to the director as I spoke to the manager, said that if I sent any complaints it would likely be him that answered. So there is no way to escalate an issue to higher up. They find acceptable that an entire region is not service and that driving 4 hours is fine with them. When mentioning that they have no issues selling their tools in my region though, they were silent.
