For effort and communication- 6 stars out of 5! Amazing. Villa Finder staff are responsive and helpful, and our two villa managers were amazing. But the actual experience wasn't entirely value for money. Villa is a bit tired versus the price, and given the rain, hard to keep everything clean. Things like no dishwasher in the kitchen meant handwashing which is a fast path to people getting sick!
