Placed an Order for a mobile money reload pin
I am a returning customer and in my previous experiences, the website worked fine. But today I used a different bank card and they asked me to verify by holding my passport and taking a picture. They then said that I needed 'further verification' and asked me to send a photo of my card details, bank account full name and account number. When I denied this they said they would refund the money but not the transaction fees. The refund would take 5-7 working days which is very inconveniencing. I am not satisfied with my purchase this time.
