I am extremely upset with my purchase. I bought the 8K GW41.0165S1 camera, and the image quality is very poor; the photos are always blurry. This camera was intended as a gift, and I have received no response from customer service so far. Refund or not, I simply want to return this defective product. The return policy is predatory and leaves customers powerless, even when the product is covered by an extended warranty.
