Multiplier has good CS, disappointing product
Multiplier is my employer of record. Ceejhay / Christopher should receive a 5 out of 5 rating for his one-day turnaround time. He was helpful and quick in addressing a PH tax concern of mine. But I am giving the Multiplier product 4 out of 5. If the product managers and designers had done a comprehensive job, I wouldn’t have had to waste time contacting support. Why isn’t there a tax page in the Multiplier app, where you can see a list of all the tax forms Multiplier can provide, per country? Do I have to manually ask for a Form 2316 every year from CS? An agent would be able to see my personally identifiable info just like that, on a regular basis? Why isn’t this delivered directly and privately to the user like the payslips?
