WARNING! Do not pre-order! (In-stock items okay though)
I have ordered plenty of figures from them in the past, but I have 3 outstanding pre-orders (the oldest was officially released in Oct 2023 - 12 months ago at the writing of this review). Akimomo are NOT transparent about delays. They can't give you an ETA and are cagey about updates. I've asked for numerous updates. Their reply? We'll get back to you today - only for the day to come and go. Ask again and you'll get an apology and that they'll get an update for you. The update never comes. Rinse and repeat. I would never pre-order through Akimomo again. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 Star is that I have not had an issue ordering In-Stock items from them. Their packaging is great.
