If I could give no stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I made my order in early 2024 everything was dine, then there was a break in the pull mechanism. As the website clearly states 12 month warranty with each purchase I emailed the customer service team from the original email I had confirming the order. They then went on to say that they have no record of the order even though it was in the email trail. It was the subject line of the email. DISGUSTING I will not stop until they resolve this issue. Horrible customer service
