Excellent customer service from Flashforge. I recently purchased a 3D printer and had an issue with the delivery and tracking, which had stopped updating. I contacted Flashforge customer service and they were very helpful, responsive and professional throughout. They took my concerns seriously, kept me informed and did their best to help get the delivery issue sorted. Buying something like a 3D printer online can be worrying when there is a problem with shipping, so having good customer support makes a huge difference. Very happy with how Flashforge handled everything and I would definitely recommend them based on my experience. Great customer service and a well-deserved 5 stars!
