They don't transfer your order amount like stated on their website
I'm the same as another review on her I tried to transfer my paid order amount from one item to another, as it says on their website it is possible to transfer an order that was back in may that I requested it I've emailed 3-5 times separately asking customer service (Drew) and they say "they will escalate the process" "it's their top priority" I'll email asking again if they are still working on it,they say yes so I give them more time and then they don't update for a month I've still not had my order amount transferred, they've basically stolen £125 & as I paid it in January I cannot get a refund, it is beyond scummy, I highly recommend not using them
