I was very excited to receive the red light jov mask. Unfortunately after only a few times of usage the item malfunctioned and was not able to be recharged. The company has been fabulous with communication and is sending me a replacement.. I love the results while I was using it, I just needed to continue using it longer for the best experience. I saw a reduction in fine lines after only three uses. Can't wait to receive my replacement so I can continue every day again.
