5 stars for Rangemaster’s own delivery team
The 5 stars are purely for the delivery chaps Skip & Zen and Rangemaster HO customer services who have delivered a replacement cooker after a couple of months of pain, trying to get the subcontractor deliver a service they were contracted for. Skip & Zen were brilliant and worlds apart from the experience we had with pacifica (no stars for them!). Rangemaster’s own team is polite, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. This is proper service so please don’t dilute the brands reputation by using a substandard subcontractor.
