Defective, damaged base on 2 counter stools
I purchased what appeared to be two high quality, sturdy appearing counter stools in early September. They were shipped from Hong Kong and arrived approximately 5 weeks after the order. I wasn’t expecting this delayed delivery date, however, they arrived undamaged via Fed Ex. Packaging was intact. Unfortunately both stools had scraped paint and rusting around the perimeter of the base. I have been in contact with the Customer Service Dept. and am anticipating 100% satisfaction. I will repost with final determination by Liftad. The company was highly recommended by a friend who had no service issues. K. Skoog
