It was my very first time attending to the MMI in Düsseldorf and I was very surprised by it all. I didn’t have any expectations and gotta say it was SUPER powerful. I released more than I thought I can release emotionally and spiritually. I really loved the affirmations, the meditations, all the journal exercises as well as all the physical exercises in groups. Just WOW. Being with like minded people from all over the world was also very beautiful and inspiring. This was definitely not my last time attending to one of those events 🤌🏼🤍✨ I feel so much stronger, wiser and ABSOLUTELY inspired 🫶🏼
