Great bike, but heavy!
After a lot of research and with a degree of trepidation I ordered two folding U7’s for our motorhome. They arrived on time and well packed. My main reason for buying these was that the reviews all said that they arrived almost fully assembled. Ours didn’t and there was a lack of useful instructions if you aren’t tech minded. HOWEVER- I contacted their help line. Really useful utube links were sent which would have made the process much more straightforward had they been included. Also note that the bike arrives with UK restrictions - the throttle doesn’t work and the speed restricted to 15.5. If you want play with this they will help. We did not enable our throttle. Now sorted, we are thrilled with them. They seem to be amazing value with good components and great build quality. We have booked them into a local independent bike shop to be checked over as I’m not over confident in my building abilities but even in my mid sixties I did it!
