My order has still not arrived
My order has still not arrived. I've messaged on more than several occasions that the packaged although tracked is lost! It has been in the same state for over 2 weeks. When I do bring this concern the customer service is no service at all. Now the company can file a loss with USPS and resend my item. They have yet to do so or even care.
