SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY, please read! I booked a round trip Cameron - KL. By mistake I chose the wrong day. You can't have it refunded or rescheduled less than 24 before the trip. That was fine I processed to reschedule the way back trip which is 2 days before departure. The website didn't let me to. EVEN THOUGH they clearly stated that I can cancel the trip before the 5.30pm (see photo) below. Called them, they said it can be reschedule for round trip! Scammer, lying straight to your face. When you say you can send them the screenshot on the app, denied it. Fine to lose those ticket, gonna book somewhere else. SCAMMER
