ORICO

My experience with ORRICO has been very…

My experience with ORRICO has been very poor. Considering the brand advertises itself as such a great brand, with beautiful graphics, aesthetic recordings, and revolutionary, super equipment, it's all an illusion... I bought the Orrico 12-in-1 docking station and unfortunately, I had a problem: the station makes strange sounds. It's extremely loud and occasionally buzzes, makes bird-like sounds, and you can hear it throughout the room. It's impossible to sit still. I wrote to support and spent seven days trying to get them a video. Their support panel is so weak that it doesn't allow them to display links. You'd be surprised if they told me to record a video to see the equipment and hear the problem. Each recording exceeds 25MB, I don't know, I'd have to record a 3-second speedrun for them, I think. What does Gmail do when a video file exceeds 25MB? It sends via Google Drive. What does support say about this? They couldn't open it, so I sent it via WeTransfer, sent shorter recordings, just audio, nothing. Each time, the response was that they couldn't open the recording. I decided there was nothing I could do with them; they wouldn't help. I disassembled the device, and what did I find inside? A huge void, the docking station sealed like a can, devoid of ventilation, and overheating. And at the bottom, a tiny 60x60x10mm 2-pin 5V fan. It works like a jet when it starts up. After copying the model number, I found an identical one for $1. What's more, they gave such dimensions that it's impossible to find anything decent. No Noctua fans will fit. The device costs $125, and the inside is empty, poorly designed, and the fan is too small. I kept the disassembled device to see if the fan was actually the culprit. The fan never turned on again because the device doesn't overheat without a case. XD And finally, when I scolded them, support told me how terrible the inside was, and that the only mechanical thing was the fan making the noise. They told me I was "using the device heavily." I bought it and only connected it to my computer. xD Nothing was connected to it – no SD card, no flash drive, no hard drive, nothing. They already said it had to be the fan's fault, but they asked me to record a video to be sure. (So they knew there was a problem with the fan, yet they didn't do anything about it. I see from other reviews that this problem has been going on for a long time.)
