You took my order & then paused…
You took my order & then paused production! After weeks of speaking with Byte, I placed my order on 10/21/24. On 10/25/24 they announced they were pausing production and refunding everyone who hadn’t received aligners yet. Except they never told anyone; I came upon this information my own by visiting their website on 10/30/24 to track my production. Still waiting for the promised refund.
