My auto repair shop was broken into on January 19 2926 at 645 in the afternoon after we closed the robber broke the front glass door got into the shop went to a car trying steal the bay doors had locks he went searching for a tool to cut the lock and was there for a good 18 minutes finally he just gave up and left the shop through the broken glass door the door was open from 6:45 afternoon to 7:30 am nest day when i got there to open in the morning i was shocked to see what happened i called 911 in fear that someone may be still in there waiting on me the police was never dispatched never got a call i mever got a call it was never monitored and when i called to complain i was met with a very rude supervisor who pretty much ended the call where i called again only for them to send a service rep to ck the system and told me that they had the signal and showed me on his device but they never contact the police and told me he doesn't know why but he didn't wanna get involved causes he values his job i immediately went with a different company only to see them sending me a bill for 3 months monitoring service then an over due notice then a warning for collection then collection for 186$ dollars for monitoring and thier equipments are laying on my desk no connections since ..January being in the business for 30 years owning the property the 186$ is nothing it's not the money it me getting robbed by this company what really upsets me not counting the bad attitude from thier team ....no one care no supervisor no one to talk to stay away.
